چکیده

The research aimed to reach the best quality standards of Sewing protective Isolation clothes produced from Nylon Taffeta SBL fabrics through studying effect some variables represented in type stitch (Sewing class 300 under No. 301, called lock - cover Class 500 514, a 4 thread overlock stitch), needle number (14,12), density (12,10,8 stitches / inch), and tension level on sewing (Tension 1, Tension 2, 3) ), that is properties Seams (tensile strength sewing, elongation, percentage performance efficiency, Stiffness, Seam pucker), order identifying give factor properties. To achieve this goal, most widely used local international markets were selected, natural mechanical identified which are in  (weight per square meter, thickness, tensile strength, Stiffness), laboratory tests for their performed chemical examination at Misr Helwan Company Spinning Textile, where 32 experiments done. The reached following results: * An existence an relating study fabrics, correlation relationship was found between each properties, by graphs radar shapes. * Lock 301 recorded highest values measured followed 514 with current simple S.Sa-1. *Nylon achieved results S.Sa-1 using (12), (10 (2) as sample (5) Exceeded all samples (97.7%). * 4-thread ,using (12 (2), (26) (96.7%). The important recommendations: 1- necessity linking fields scientific research, textile industry, social problems, applications made keeping on  consumer  age. 2- benefit manufacture raise qualify them compete locally internationally. 3- Paying attention prepare guidebook different line nature final products.

An empirical analysis of thermal protective performance of fabrics used in protective clothing.

Fabric-based protective clothing is widely used for occupational safety of firefighters/industrial workers. The aim of this paper is to study thermal protective performance provided by fabric systems and to propose an effective model for predicting the thermal protective performance under various thermal exposures. Different fabric systems that are commonly used to manufacture thermal protectiv...

Selection of sorption material for tests of pesticide permeation through protective clothing fabrics.

The paper presents the results of studies on selecting a solid sorption material for absorbing liquid crop protection agents which permeate samples of protective clothing fabrics. The sorption materials were investigated and selected with an assumption that they should have a high recovery coefficient for biologically active substances, used as active ingredients in crop protection agents, at a...

Thermoelectric Fabrics: Toward Power Generating Clothing

Herein, we demonstrate that a flexible, air-permeable, thermoelectric (TE) power generator can be prepared by applying a TE polymer (e.g. poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(4-styrenesulfonate)) coated commercial fabric and subsequently by linking the coated strips with a conductive connection (e.g. using fine metal wires). The poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(4-styrenesulfonate) coated ...
